What message types are included?

The workspace includes flows for one-off SMS, one-off email, bulk SMS, bulk email, campaign history and recurring messaging automations.

Can bulk audiences be filtered?

Yes. Bulk workflows use generated audiences, with filters for client activity such as visits, future appointments, services and products.

Are opt-outs respected?

Yes. Messaging workflows consider client contact details and opt-out settings before messages are sent.

Can campaigns be scheduled?

Yes. Bulk campaign review includes send timing controls, including immediate queueing or scheduling.

What about transactional bulk messages?

Transactional Bulk SMS and Transactional Bulk Email require platform approval before a workspace can use them.
