Join after real use
Once you are using Ordime meaningfully in your business, you may receive an invitation to take part as a Product Partner.
A proposed pilot for Ordime customers who want to share real workflow feedback, test practical improvements and help shape what comes next.
A focused partnership, with room to learn.
If your business uses Ordime for important, recurring work, you may be invited to help us understand what should improve next.
Once you are using Ordime meaningfully in your business, you may receive an invitation to take part as a Product Partner.
You will help us understand what suits your business, what still causes difficulty and where workarounds or mistakes appear in real use.
You will have direct product discussions, optional previews and follow-up notes showing what we heard, what changed and what we decided against.
If you are invited, we will agree the scope in writing and review the pilot before the six-month term ends.
Start by using Ordime in your business, or by completing a workflow discussion and trial if the pilot begins before you have a longer customer history.
If there is a fit, we will confirm the time commitment, discussion rhythm, research activities and any fixed reward in writing.
You will use Ordime in recurring work, share concrete examples and help test whether changes genuinely improve the day.
At three months, we will review how the pilot is working, what we are learning and whether the commitment still makes sense.
Your feedback does not need to match our assumptions. If public sharing is ever agreed separately, it should be honest, clearly disclosed and based on your actual experience.
Read the ACCC guidance on promotional disclosureA starting point for the pilot, subject to final review and an individually agreed written offer.
You may be invited if your Australian salon, clinic or related service business is using Ordime meaningfully. Places are limited and based on business fit, workflow coverage and your capacity to take part. An invitation is not guaranteed.
Where possible, we would invite you after roughly six to eight weeks of meaningful use, ideally including some time on a normal paid subscription. If the pilot begins earlier, we may assess fit through a workflow discussion and trial.
Your normal subscription pricing would apply. The pilot does not include a standing percentage discount, free access or discount stacking unless we separately agree it with you in writing.
Your participation would begin only after we agree the covered business, activities, discussion rhythm, start date and end date in writing. The proposed term is six months, with a review at three months.
You would use Ordime in real, recurring workflows, complete a brief monthly check-in and attend one focused workflow session each quarter. Useful feedback should include concrete examples, including workarounds, mistakes and points of friction.
If we ask you to complete a substantial research activity, such as a detailed workflow walkthrough, prototype test or proposed feature review, we may agree a fixed payment or voucher with you before the activity. The reward would depend on completing the agreed activity.
Your reward would never depend on giving positive feedback, having a suggestion accepted, promoting Ordime or remaining subscribed afterwards. We may consider your feedback alongside ordinary customer feedback and remain responsible for final product decisions.
You may be offered optional previews of relevant features. You would not be required to run experimental features in your live business, and unreleased work may be subject to confidentiality requirements.
You would not be required to publish content or recommend Ordime publicly. Public sharing, case studies, workflow demonstrations, referrals or ambassador-style promotion would be optional and agreed separately. Any public content should be honest, based on actual experience and clearly disclose the relationship where required.
You should not share client, staff, payment or health information in demonstrations or feedback. Use fictional or properly de-identified examples. Respect any written confidentiality obligations for unreleased features and obtain permission before showing identifiable people or business material.
Either you or Ordime may end participation with 14 days' written notice. Serious misuse, deception or privacy breaches may justify immediate suspension. Ending the Product Partner pilot does not itself delete your workspace or cancel your subscription; normal subscription cancellation and data-access terms still apply.
If you have concerns about the pilot, contact Ordime so both sides can try to resolve them. Your agreed Product Partner offer would supplement the normal Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Nothing in the pilot excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
