Clients will accrue points based on spend. Your business will set the number of points earned for each dollar spent.
Can I control what points are worth?
Yes. You will be able to define how many points are required to redeem each dollar of reward value.
Are the example rates fixed?
No. The example of one point earned per dollar and 20 points redeemed per dollar is illustrative. Your business will control its own rates.
